 This program is designed to introduce the Kids of Age from 3 Years to 18 Years set to CrossFit concepts.However these programs applies different training Modalities for each group and those are Divided in to 3 Main category Preschool(3 to 5 years ),Kids(5 to 12 Years) and Teens(12 to 18 years)  The class duration is relatively short and its play-based curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills .

What is crossfit Kids?

  CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of primary school kids and high-school students differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. What this means is we can deliver our program to kids that have never been active before through to kids that compete at an elite level. This promotes an equal opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives. 

CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Myden Gymnastics teaches beginning through advanced level classes for the recreational gymnast.  Our beginner classes are geared towards the child who is just beginning in Gymnastics or needs to strengthen their basic skills.

Our more advanced gymnastics classes are perfect for the student who has a solid background in the sport of Gymnastics and is ready to progress to the next level. Through the use of different stations and drills, each student will be given the tools needed to gain confidence and master these more challenging skills.

The purpose of the Myden Gymnastics program is to expose and enhance early childhood development skills. Our curriculum is based on five fundamental whole child developmental categories which include cognitive, language, gross motor, fine motor and social skills. Our weekly developmental skills provide your child the opportunity to grow and learn at an age appropriate pace. We provide classes for these skills to be either introduced or mastered. A certified teacher coach will guide you and your child throughout the class as well as provide you with activities and information to integrate these fundamental lifelong skills at home.

What we consider while designing sports Specific Training?

 ■ All sports differ in the relative importance of agility, speed, aerobic endurance, anaerobic power and capacity, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination required to excel. Successful strength and conditioning programs take these factors into account when designing programs for individual athletes. 

■ Age, maturation, body composition, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, state of heat acclimation, nutritional status, and psychological and emotional condition we take in consideration while designing programs for different Athlete . In addition, the individual’s current medical status must we take that in consideration as well . Conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure as well as orthopedic concerns also taken in to consideration while designing programs .

 ■ Physical assessment including muscular strength and weakness or any imbalance we take that in to consideration for proper programming 

 ■ We guide Our athletes not only workout but also  “cool-down” exercises and stretching routines and Nutrition protocol which supports their Goal and recovery protocol including Mobility , Massage and And many other recovery therapies to improve performance and reduce Injuries
