What Is Crossfit?

CROSSFIT IS A STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM THAT PREPARES YOU FOR LIFE OR SPORT.

CrossFit is the key to a lifetime of deep health and fitness. The program works for anyone, whether you’re just getting started or have trained for years.
There are 3 essential  parts to a CrossFit Gym -The Workouts, The Lifestyle and The Community.

THE WORKOUTS are different every day and they can be modified to accommodate for anyone of any age or fitness level.

THE LIFESTYLE is a combination of better nutrition choices and an education on how to balance those choices whilst living in modern society.

THE COMMUNITY is your new support network. They’ll be working out alongside you, cheering you on and helping encourage everyone to get the job done.

No matter you have experience or not. our tailored made foundation program will mould you in to our workout programs. Our main focus is to improve your movement mechanics , control and work on your weaknesses during those initial steps. Here we don't give you quick fix, fad work, gimmicks or any negativity here. Main aim is to follow mechanics , consistency and then only intensity.

Here our coaches will help you to assessment of your previous work and if any modifications or any skills or technique work required they will guide you throughout the initial stages.
